Shipping Policy – Plant Daddy Essentials

Thank you for shopping with Plant Daddy Essentials! We do our best to get your orders out quickly and carefully. All packages are insured for $100 though USPS.

Delivered Package Policy

Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Plant Daddy Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly to open a delivery investigation. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, and nearby delivery areas before contacting the carrier.

Carrier Delays

Plant Daddy Essentials is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or operational issues within the delivery network.

Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot refund or reship items sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking Number: Provided via email once processing begins, usually immediately to the next business day.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Method:
We ship all packages via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS First-Class Package (depending on weight). Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after Ordering.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is $4.95 and subject to change, other free shipping offers may apply to qualifying orders as advertised.

Delays & Exceptions:
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other unforeseen issues. However, we’re always happy to help track a delayed package—just reach out to our support team.
