Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot refund or reship items sent to incorrectly typed or incomplete addresses resulting in USPS not able to deliver.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Delivered Package Policy
Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Plant Daddy Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly to open a delivery investigation. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, and nearby delivery areas before contacting the carrier.
Fraud / Chargeback Protection PolicyOrders flagged as fraudulent or disputed through a payment provider may require verification before further assistance can be provided. If a chargeback is filed, the case will be handled directly through the payment provider's investigation process.

Refunds take up to 3-7 business days depending on your financial institutions once we receive the returned product, please allow 1-3 days for processing. Funds will be deposited to original payment method.
Agreed terms when purchasing a product from Plantdaddyessentials.com are as follows: Please return unused or used products along with empty containers to 8021 Vegas Dr Unit 121 Las Vegas,NV 89128. Customer is responsible for shipping costs and Plant Daddy Essentials is not responsible for lost packages as customers are responsible for acquiring a tracking number for return shipments.
Reasons for returning used containers is prevention of mass fraudulent returns, Plant Daddy Essentials Products have been thoroughly tested and proven to work consistently for the elimination of fungus gnats through the use of BTI Tea (Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis) and Diatomaceous Earth, excluding factors such as improper usage or extreme conditions not relatable to the common household.
Customers are responsible for Incorrect addresses or accidental orders and are eligible for a full refund minus the shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

By placing an order with Plant Daddy Essentials, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Accuracy & Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. The address submitted at checkout is the address used for fulfillment.
An automated order confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase and includes the full shipping address exactly as entered, along with a timestamp of the transaction. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this confirmation promptly and notify us immediately of any errors before the order is fulfilled.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify, reroute, or cancel the shipment.
Plant Daddy Essentials is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs.
Fungus Gnat Kits & Plant Treatment Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can review the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.
If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.
Customers must contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes, theft, or misdelivery. We may assist with carrier claims when appropriate.
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
Packages that go unclaimed or are returned due to address issues will require payment of reshipping fees before being sent again.
Unclaimed returns not reshipped within 30 days may be disposed of or donated without refund.
Insurance
Shipments are insured up to $100. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier after investigation, we will provide a replacement or resolution consistent with the carrier’s claim determination.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Plant Daddy Essentials to attempt resolution violates this policy.
We retain order confirmations, timestamped checkout records, IP address logs, tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and communication records for dispute response purposes.
Plant Daddy Essentials reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
