Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery process.

Orders shipped through USPS Ground Advantage include tracking and insurance coverage up to $100. If a shipment is lost, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer may be required to pursue the applicable USPS inquiry or claims process and provide their tracking number and proof of purchase.

Plant Daddy Essentials is not responsible for theft, loss, misdelivery, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or other delivery issues occurring after carrier acceptance, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
